Each and every event attendee is outfitted with a SmartBadge at check-in, ensuring that everyone can reap the benefits of Klik.

1:1 CLICK TO CONNECT

Simply click your SmartBadge next to an attendee’s badge to add them as a lead. The badge’s wearable LEDs will light up to confirm that contact information was successfully exchanged. Then, simply open the CMP Events app on your own mobile device to rate the lead, answer custom qualification questions, and add notes about the interaction.

How to Enter

Step 1: Select a booth you’re interested in visiting. All booths will showcase demonstrations throughout all Networking Receptions in the Expo Hall.

Step 2: After the demo, “klik” your badge with a representative from that sponsoring company.

Step 3: Meet and klik with at least 20 booths* by no later than 1:45 PM on Thursday, June 25.

Step 4: Follow @CustomerContactWeek on LinkedIn. You must be following CCW to be considered!

Prize winners will be announced during Lunch on Thursday, June 25. You must be present to claim your prize.
