Chhay has been in the call center industry for over 23 years serving under
multiple roles which include Call Center Agent, Developer, Project &
Program Management, and Director of Sales Engineering. He also helped
spearhead HP’s outsourced “Call Centers” in the late 1990’s and established
multi-language call centers in California, Dallas, Toronto, and
Belgium. For the last 10 years, Mony has been a Sales Engineer and Subject
Matter Expert in Cloud Contact Center space for West Corporation.
