For his entire career, Ashish has been guided by a single, simple principle: customer experience is about bringing the humanity in interactions. Born and brought up in India, the eastern philosophy is the bedrock of Ashish engagement style. Open, inquisitive, non-judgmental, he looks at customer experience with a desire to make the engagement personal and memorable. Schooled in management from some of the best universities, including Harvard Business School, he brings the discipline of structured thinking into the art of customer experience management. He leads Alorica’s client facing product and technology solution endeavors, that is bringing Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, and Automation for clients. Bringing an in-depth operational and human interaction background, he plans to keep the humanity of engagement as the world is automated to create insanely great interactions. Blend of art and science, operations and technology, automation and human involvement, he is creating unique solutions. Ashish has worked as a consultant with Big Four, a customer service operator, a COO, and a service provider, thus bringing a holistic view and an ability to see different viewpoints. He has lived and worked in seven countries across the five continents, so also brings the true global experience that is needed in todays world. Ashish serves on the board of ALS Georgia and Harvard Business School GA alumni, his way to pay it forward.
