Abhijit Mitra is the General Manager at ServiceNow for Customer Service Management. He has 20 years of CRM domain experience and led Oracle to be a leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Business to Business eCommerce in 2005. In 2010 he launched SAP’s CRM cloud business. Abhijit joined ServiceNow in 2015 to create the Customer Service Management product suite. Abhijit has an MS in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from University of California at Berkeley.
