Press room will be located in Montego E (there will be an event map that will help direct you to this room when you check-in) and open during the following hours:

  • Wednesday, June 20th: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
  • Thursday, June 21st: 8:00AM – 3:30PM

How to Schedule Appointments:
All press attendees will be present in the press room (Montego E) on Wednesday June 20th between 8:00AM-8:30AM to schedule appointments throughout the 2 Main Conference Days (June 20-21)

CCW owns its brand and content, and must approve any third-party use of CCW and content. If you plan to write a press release about CCW and your participation as a sponsor, exhibitor, or other activities associated with the event, please follow the below guidelines:
